Belt Exams are this week for those who received their red stripes from last week!  Good luck to all students, and remember it is full uniform for the tests and not our summer uniforms.

The School will be CLOSED from the 2nd to the 11th of July for our Spring Break!  Be sure to PRACTICE on your own as when you come back it will be Black-stripe week!

For all those who tested last week GREAT JOB!  Get ready for new material this next week.

Congratulations is in order for our very own Kyle "Kyote" who won his 155lb XFS Title fight back in May.  A big Congrats goes out to him and his dedication.  

Also for our MMA members who have been going to various grappling tournaments lately, GREAT JOB!  Ryan Clark, Paul Freeman, and Laura!  If anyone has any pictures send them to me so I can get them posted.

Finally, I posted the instructor test pictures from 1/30/2010: Ben, John, Ken, Ian and Cody.

Make sure you thank your mother today for all the great things she has done for you throughout the years.  Too all of our Kenpo moms out there, we all at the school thank you for taking your time to allow us to keep doing what we love to do.  Without you, none of this could be possible.

Within the next few weeks everyone can expect a new class on Fridays!  (Time TBA) A Basics class run by Sensei Ryan.  Also, a black belts class will be held on Wednesdays at 8pm.  This includes Junior Black Belts.  More details to come soon!
